What is UltraFlow?▾
An AI coach for ultra and trail running. Each morning it reads your watch data — HRV, sleep, load — and gives a readiness report plus a plan that adapts to your body, not a fixed template.

How do I pay — is it safe?▾
By card, via Stripe — I never see or store your card number. Prices are final; no VAT is added.
Is there a free trial?▾
Yes — 14 days free. You give a card at the start, nothing is charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you pay nothing at all. After that: 29 € / 129 zl a month, with a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first charge.
Which watch works?▾
Suunto — direct, with a single authorisation. Garmin, Coros, Polar and others — via Runalyze (an official OAuth connection instead of your password; Supporter plan required). You can always upload a FIT or GPX file instead. The data available depends on your watch.
I have a Coros (or Runalyze) — will it work?▾
Coros isn't supported directly, but you can connect it through Runalyze — an active Runalyze subscription forwards your workouts to UltraFlow automatically. Runalyze also works with many other devices.
I have a Stryd power meter — how do I get watts?▾

No report today — why?▾
Your watch must sync the night — the report arrives then, not at a fixed hour. An incomplete night means I hold the score instead of guessing.
How do I check in?▾
In the app — three sliders: energy, motivation, soreness. Ten seconds.
How do I change my goal race?▾
In the app — add or change the race, dates and routes. The plan rebuilds itself.
Cancel or refund?▾
Turn off renewal in account settings (the Stripe billing portal) — access lasts to the end of the period. During the trial, cancelling costs nothing; after it, the first charge has a 14-day money-back guarantee.
