Morning report at 06:00 daily. Post-workout reports trigger 15 min after activity.

FAQ

Which devices are supported?
UltraFlow supports Garmin via direct Connect integration. Coros and Suunto are in beta — contact us to join the waiting list.
What data does UltraFlow access?
Activity data, HRV, sleep metrics, and training load — exclusively to generate your personal training reports. We never share or sell your data. Privacy Policy.
Reports say "for fitness purposes only" — why?
UltraFlow reports are coaching tools, not medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.
I haven't received my morning report. What should I do?
Check that @TrenerUltraBot is active and your device synced overnight. If missing after 07:00, email [email protected].
How do I submit my evening check-in?
After the 21:00 prompt, reply to @TrenerUltraBot with three numbers (1-10): energy, motivation, soreness. Example: 8 7 2
How do I update my athlete profile?
Email [email protected] with changes — races, injuries, dietary needs, goals. Applied within 24 hours.

Data & Privacy

Revoke access or delete your data

Revoke UltraFlow's access via your device's connected apps settings at any time. To delete all personal data, email [email protected] — subject: "Data Deletion Request". All data permanently deleted within 24 hours.
